Welcome to a holiday art program designed with pure fun in mind. Our workshops offer a relaxed, welcoming, and delightfully loose space where children can explore their artistic side at their own pace.

We believe the best art happens when kids are free to experiment! That’s why each session is entirely unique. Every class introduces a fresh new project, giving kids the chance to try different styles, play with diverse materials, and create a brand-new piece of art to take home that very day. It’s the perfect way to beat holiday boredom, make new friends, and discover the joy of creating without limits.

**First Week:**

Come and join Sylvia in the studio and create your favorite pet in paper mache and mixed media. At the end of the day you will have a colorful creature to take home and introduce to your family. Lots of fun is guaranteed.

Pet-o-Mania with Sylvia Sinel 

Come to join Livia with this fun clay workshop, where you would create your unique ceramic teapot. Be it a fairy style design, or you prefer to add your favoritet/person/words as decoration. This teapot is not only special in looking, but also functional. Imagine holding a "tea party" with the teapot you made yourself!

Join Emmie for a day of bringing the magic of forests to life with acrylic paint. The ability to create the illusion of space in painting is often difficult to understand, and we will be building that skillset in this class. Through step by step demonstration and in depth explanations we will paint beautiful forests on canvas.

Into the Forest with Emmie Wu

In this hands-on workshop, children will design and build their own mini 3D garden scene using colourful pipe cleaners and decorative details. They will create a small potted plant, then craft a cute pipe cleaner puppy as its companion, with the option to personalise it with clothing, accessories, or a keychain finish. Along the way, children will choose their own colours and decorations while bringing their imaginative little worlds to life.

**Students must be within the stated Ages : 7- 14**

**TUES 7 OR 14 JUL~ AGES: 7-14** In this hands-on workshop, children will design and build their own mini 3D garden scene and animals using colourful pipe cleaners and decorative details. 

Create & Play: 3D Garden & Animal Friends with Velora Studios

Kids will be guided step-by-step through creating a fun ceramic lidded pot inspired by a slice of cake or a colourful cupcake! Using a variety of hand-building techniques, they’ll shape their pot and matching lid before decorating it with their own creative toppings like sprinkles, cherries, frosting swirls, biscuits, candy details, and more.

**TUE 7 JULY~ AGES 6-12** Kids will be guided step-by-step through creating a fun ceramic lidded pot inspired by a slice of cake or a colourful cupcake!

Join Liam Addison and his popular Comic building class as he shows you the steps to making a short form comic.  From sketch to final book, you're sure to leave with an awesome story to tell!

Build a Comic with Liam Addison 

Join Emmie for an exciting day diving into the world of 3D art. You will be creating a piece of wall art, whilst learning about geometric forms, sustainability and repurposing materials. We will be painting and glazing the artworks ready to decorate your walls at home!

**WED 8 JUL~ AGES: 7-14** Join Emmie for an exciting day diving into the world of 3D art. You will be creating a piece of wall art, whilst learning about geometric forms, sustainability and repurposing materials.

Kids will be guided step-by-step through creating their own ceramic lidded coil pot using the traditional coil-building technique. They’ll learn how to roll, stack, and shape coils to form a functional pot with a matching lid, before adding their own creative touches through texture, patterns, handles, and decorative details.

**WED 8 JULY~ AGES 6-12** Kids will be guided step-by-step through creating their own ceramic lidded coil pot using the traditional coil-building technique. 

Lidded Coil Clay Pots With Rix Meaker

You will be creating a beautiful portrait piece filled with expressive mark making, inspired by the works of Dimitra Milan. Emmie will guide you through the process of mixing skin tones, mark making, and combining floral elements to capture movement and whimsy in your portraits. We will be working on canvases, with lots of demonstrations and support from Emmie.

Join Liam Addison and sculpt curious creatures with polymer clay! Moulding, building and creating your very own little creature with Clay and Paint! Will it be a Bug, Lizard or a Monster? Bring those sculpting hands and let your imagination run wild!

**THUR 9 JUL~ AGES: 5-12** Join Liam Addison and sculpt curious creatures with polymer clay! Moulding, building and creating your very own little creature with Clay and Paint!

Curious Clay Creatures with Liam Addison 

Step behind the pottery wheel and experience the magic of making art from a spinning lump of clay! This workshop is designed specifically for ages 10–17 to "have a go" in a supportive, creative environment. No experience needed! just bring your creativity and prepare to get beautifully messy! You will learn how to center, pull, and shape spinning clay to create your very own unique ceramic bowls or cups. Perfect for beginners!

Notes: Please be noted long nails would need to be trimmed before come to the workshop, as they will "cut" into the clay. Bring an apron if you have one, or choose an old clothes you don't mind get messy.

Join Livia for a hands-on multimedia workshop where clever construction and vibrant paints take center stage! In this session, you’ll learn how to take assorted structural elements and transform them into a charming miniature cottage.

Your finished project will dry into a durable, permanent keepsake you can proudly display. Everything you need to build, style, and decorate your cottage is fully provided in the class.

From shaping the walls and roof to adding fun personalised details like windows, surfboards, flowers, pets, or tiny outdoor scenes, each child will have the chance to make their camper completely unique.

Using various paints, colours and techniques to create a pretty, sunny meadow. Maybe some flowers are blooming, the sun is shining or the clouds high up! Whichever it is, Liam is sure to show you how it's done!

Kids will be guided step-by-step through creating their own fun and quirky ceramic monster pot using the pinch pot technique. From silly faces and giant teeth to horns, spikes, and goofy eyes, each child will have the chance to personalize their monster with loads of imaginative details.

Monster Pots With Rix Meaker

Liam Addison shares his film making knowledge with your child to make a Mini movie. Each kid will take part in the whole process from Acting, Sound, Camera and Directing! The final film will be shared to the parents to view and download!

**THUR 16 JUL~ AGES: 10-17**  Join Liam Addison as he teaches your kids how to shoot a movie scene! The class will be split up into a mini film crew.

## What does this look like?

Sensory friendly hours are provided for children who may be neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, etc.) and / or experience sensory processing differences. The space is intentionally calm, flexible and supportive- allowing each child to engage in the activity in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to them.

Art activities have been adapted to meet a range of abilities, with options for modifying tools, materials, and expectations. Extra support is available for children who may benefit from help with sequencing, transitions, or understanding task steps while still encouraging independence and self expression.

The workshop prioritises a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore creativity without pressure. Sensory friendly adjustments, predictable routines, and a responsive and supportive approach ensure that each child can participate at their own pace, build confidence and experience success in their creativity.

## **Enchanted Upcycling: Hidden Village Workshop**
