What happens at this event?

Get ready for some spooky clay fun in this creative Halloween ceramics workshop! Kids will learn how to use the slab-building technique to construct their very own haunted Halloween hat. They can shape, texture and decorate their hat with all sorts of creepy details—from ghosts, bats and pumpkins to spiders, spooky faces and anything else their imagination dreams up.

Cut-outs can also be incorporated into the design so that, once fired, the finished hat can be used as a magical Halloween luminary. Simply place an LED tea light inside and watch the spooky details glow…
